Hi Everybody,

I've seen several times people referring to lightweights or being a lightweight. What is that???

I think it's someone with less than 100 pounds to lose. But I could be wrong!

yes generally less than 100 to lose is considered light weight. Things can be different for us. I don't think they have to be, but sometimes they are. I'm only planning to lose 90-95 pounds and I won't be there at my 12 month surgiversery in 2 weeks. Someone who has 200 to lose might lost that much in 6-9 months. It will take me more like 18 months to get there at the rate I'm going. LOL..
