May 27 was my sx. Did great the first 2 weeks and now the past 10 I have lost maybe .3 oz a day. I did go back to work and have been super busy. Can anyone give some hints. I am getting 60 oz of water, and 60 grams of protein. Eating fish, eggs for protein, squash, WW string cheese.

Remember you are still going in the right direction ;)

I'm not sure what weight you started at or where you are and if you are a "lightweight" you won't lose as fast as others that have a lot more to lose.  I know my NUT's requirement for water is 72 oz so you might try upping that.

You are still doing great, don't get discouraged!

my plan calls for 80 gm protein for the first year and minimum 65 oz water a day

I eat 500-800 cal a day try to stay under 30 hm carbs

I MEASURE AND TRACK EVERYTHING ON MYFITNESSPAL.COM

if you are not measuring and tracking , you will not stay on plan

you need to post your weight and how much you eat , to get answers about slow losing

your program is not that different than mine.

perhaps you are in the 3 week slump - sometimes it does not happen right at 3 weeks. trust in your tool and work the program. you have to heal from the very major thing that was done to your body!

It is very typical to slow down a bit for a week here and there - even in the first few months post-op.  I wouldn't stress about it if you are following the rules, your weight will drop again.  I can go 2 weeks with no change, then drop 6+ pounds in a week.  Water weight, hormones, hydration levels, exercise/muscle needs can all have an effect on how our bodies decide to hold and release weight.

Sounds totally normal.  Try to get your water higher, 60 ounces is low you should be aiming for 80-100.  I think your protein might also be a little on the low side.

But stalls and are totally normal.  I had a time where I bounced around the same pound for 9 days.  No big deal - I use TrendWeight and I knew that my trend was still going in the right direction, that I was doing the right things, and that it was all going to be fine.

My surgery was May 24th last year so I know exactly where you're at with your program :-)

#1.  60 oz. of water isn't enough - your body is shedding fat like a bad habit.  You need to help it along with at least 80 oz. of water a day.  You can do it!

#2.  It's time to increase the protein to 80 grams per day.  If you can't get it through eggs, fish, meat then make sure to add a protein shake or an Isopure drink to get those numbers up.  Greek yogurt is also a great source of protein.

#3.  Moderate exercise - you should be moving, even if it's slowly, at least 30 minutes a day.  Again, your body is working really hard to get rid of a lot of waste product from your fat cells.  You must help it along!

If you're losing .3 oz per day than that's about 1.5 lbs. per week.  I would consider this a bit of a slow down too but realistically it's what you can expect during the last few months of losing, especially if you're a lightweight.
