Rip!

In the shower this morning, I was washing under my hanging apron of belly skin and the skin ripped.  Ouch!  Is this considered skin breakdown that should be documented by my doctor?

I'm not sure if that is considered skin breakdown or not.   Call your PCP and I'm sure they will want to see you and document it. Hopefully when you are ready for plastic surgery you will be one of the "lucky ones" that get some coverage.   My skin hung almost to my knees and I did have documentation of rashes, etc. but my insurance still denied paying for it so I had to pay the big $$$ myself.    Good luck and hope your not in too much pain from the tear in your skin.
