I'm "NORMAL"
Okay, anyone that knows me might present a different opinion, but by the BMI charts, I am:
no longer morbidly obese,
no longer obese,
no longer overweight,
I just crossed into the range of normal for the first time in DECADES...
I actually had a family member tell me the other day "Go make a sandwich, you are way too skinny" No one has ever made a comment to me like that and it felt kind of good
This is WONDERFUL. I am so happy for you. Now the new challenge will be stopping losing weight. For me, its unimaginable to have to stop losing. I've never had to think about that before! But I still have a few pounds I want to lose. hehehe Congratulations on your success.
