Hi, everyone!

I was sleeved on July 2 and am doing pretty well.  My biggest problem is that I feel nauseated whenever I try to read or work on the computer. Also, am having a problem finding non-sweet things that I can eat right now.  I really prefer protein soup to protein shakes. I would love it if I could get some more stage 2 recipes. Oh, and I have lost 10 pounds since surgery!

Congrats on your sleeve! I am about 2 weeks away from my surgery and I love hearing stories like yours. The only thought I had for more recipes is checking the blog "The world According to Egg Face".  There is a ton of helpful stuff in there.

Thank you for pointing me to the blog.  I'm pretty new here and I kept reading eggface this, eggface that, and I never knew what was being talked about!

Unjury Chicken Soup was a lifesaver for me the first few weeks.  Savory and delicious.

Congrats on taking the plunge and welcome to the loser's bench!
