Saw my doctor today for the first time since February 2013. This is the first time since I can remember that she has been happy with my weight! I am no longer ashamed of going to the doctor. ..lol. still have to do some blood work, but so far everything looks good!

Great job! It's funny how now I love to see people that I knew were judging me before lol. Not in a bad way but it's your doctors job to give you the tough love. Now I get lots of compliments!
