2 years out
Hello OH, it's been awhile since I been on. I need your help, I'm 2 yrs out and I'm starting to gain. Im starting to feel hungry more often. What should I do? I'm still only able to eat small portions.
It's a struggle Honey. I'm on the same path, I starting back to the basics today and just noticed how irritable I am today. My plan is to go back to 60-80oz of water, 800-900 calories, 40-60g carb, 80-100g Protein, no grazing/snacking and continue my workout regimen of 4 days a week.
We got this! Are you with me?

I am 3.5 years out and having the same struggle. I started at 366. Got down to 207 in 1.5 years. I settled at 218 for about a year and all of a sudden I am gaining weight like no tomorrow. I am today reading my blogs, posts and etc to get back on track. I am able to eat large helpings again and often want to snack. I used to just be an "overeater" and that is why I had decided to get the sleeve instead of the RNY. Since getting sleeved I CRAVE sugar like no tomorrow. That is my downfall for sure. good luck to you. We can do this!
Have you tried cutting carbs to a very low number per day to see if the cravings subside? I am very sensitive to carbs, and if I keep my carbs very low, I don't have cravings. When I eat carbs, its all over - the cravings overwhelm me, and will-power can't manage them. I keep my carbs under 25 g per day. That means my only carb come from dairy and low-carb veggies like cauliflower and cabbage and broccoli and green beans, etc.
Many people can eat moderate carbs, without problems, but not me. It might be worth a try. Good luck.
