Time Of Month Question. Whenever its near that time. I feel like a bottomless pit. I feel like I can eat everything. Seriously have hunger pains when laying down to go to sleep, Is this normal. I hate this so hungry and want everything and anything.

I don't feel that way but when I'm having a hungry day I drink lots of water threw the day  and that pretty much feels me up

This just happened to me for the first time since surgery.  :(  I ended up eating an extra 100 calories for three days and beating myself up over it. I increased my treadmill time to burn the extra 100 each day but need to work on taking in more water next time instead.

Yes, it does.  I allow an additional protein snack on those days and I just keep myself aware that it's hormonal and it will go away in a few days.
