OMG!!!!  I just realized I can eat these now any time I want without asking my lap band first!!!!!

Oh ya....the band is the dictator of what I eat...a hard boiled egg would be a big NO!

This may seem like a stupid question but are they still as good for you without the yolk portion???  I love hardboiled egg whites but dislike the dry pasty yolk.
