And you know the ***** of it is that protein bars sure don't taste like candy bars, but they sure can be triggery for me.

I used to wonder about why I didn't get full off of half a Quest Bar (and I think Quest Bars are one of the better ones) like so many people on the board would write they did. Now I know...

Thank goodness I never even tried anything but a Quest Bar. If I had, oh Lord, I can only imagine....

Yeah I never could get full off the Quest Bar myself!!! Thought I was just the odd ball.

I have tried the Quest bars and they are just too sweet for me.
