any runners?
Stalls happen. *shrug* You'll reach your goal if you keep at it with your eating plan. No worries!
I'm a "runner" too. I'm doing my first 5k in 24 days. EEEEEEEEEK.

I didn't lose but 2-3 lbs training for my 1/2. But I looked pretty damn good. It's possible but a little more difficult to train and lose weight. I was 2 years out though and was only casually trying to lose weight.

As soon as my husband and I started training for our first 5K we both immediately stopped losing weight (both of us have VSG). However, he continues to shrink in size, which means he's losing body fat and the body fat I have left seems to be re-distributing itself. So it's all good.
The body often will hang onto excess water when one starts conditioning training - and a half gallon of water weighs 4 lbs. Try and focus more on body composition (amount of lean body mass vs body fat) than the number on the scale. It's a MUCH better indicator of how well you're doing with your food and training. If your clothes are fitting better than you ARE losing weight, it's just not being reflected on the scale.
And of course, make sure you aren't eating more calories to "compensate" for all that training. The battle of the scale is won in the kitchen, not in the gym or on the training field.
I am more of a walker than runner but after I started walking a lot, I stalled for about 2 weeks, then lost a lot of weight and now I stair step where I have no weight loss for 8-10 days then lose weight for the next 5-6 days.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.
