Creatine?

Anyone here take creatine?

I weight train 5-6 days per week and I have heard that it can help with strength and muscle gains.  That is pretty much the focus of my exercise program right now, only do cardio 2 or 3 times a week for heart health/endurance (elliptical.)  My focus is really on building muscle right now, or as much as possible being in a caloric deficit.  Am most concerned about any potential digestive side effects or any experiences from people who have taken it.  I had my VSG done on August 6, 2013 and I'm down about 158 since then.

Thanks!

I use a post-workout recovery drink from GNC called Afterglow and I believe it has some creatine in it.   Make sure you thoroughly research the pros and cons of creatine supplementation.  There really aren't a whole lot of studies out there on the long-term effects it has on people, especially females.   I definitely limit my intake of it.

And by the way, CONGRATS on your 158 lb. loss - that's FANTASTIC!!
