3 Months Post Op
10-15-14 I am three months post op. I weighed in at 255.4 today. I am impressed how quickly my weight has been coming off. I never would have thought that I would lose 94 lbs in just 3 months. I really feel like I have grown so much over the past few months. I know I will have to stick with proper nutrition for the rest of my life, and I am fine with it. I am very strict with my food. I log everything that I eat. I drink water all day long and am so thankful my body responds. I fully expect my weight loss to slow down. This is fine. Constancy is key. While I am not in a race at all, I feel very blessed with my success so far and I am not just referring to the pounds lost. I am thinking a then and now picture may be in order soon. I appreciate everyone's support here.
GREAT job! Keep up the good work and keep that frame of mind. This is not a race, it's a marathon. And it lasts the rest of your life. One day at a time and you're doing amazingly well thus far!
