What to search site for to get back on track?

I posted last week about getting way off track at 6 months out. Scale is really stuck. If I was to search these forums for advice on getting back on track, what search terms should I use?  Any particular posts you have bookmarked that were especially helpful?  I feel like I'm failing. I have some stress going on right now, so my thought processes are kind of negative. I keep thinking this is just another failed attempt and I'm doomed to be fat and unhealthy forever.

😟 Help!!

Yes, I did and there are a lot of posts. Some only have a few replies, so I know this just be a recurring topic. When I was prepping for surgery, I had bookmarked a few really good threads about prep and so I thought maybe there was someone out there who had done the same for the topic of getting back on track.

I know there isn't a magic solution, and it's back to basics, I guess I just need some more tips or tricks because it's not as easy as it sounds.

thanks

Hi there,

I've bookmarked a few of Frisco's posts to help me stay on track, here's a couple:

http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/vsg/4466765/Frisco-My-Biggest-Secret-to-Goal-and-Beyond/

http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/VSGM/discussion/4458014/X-Post-Pyloric-Valve-and-the-VSGquot/

And I know Elena_7 had some good posts to various members this year about getting back on track but I didn't bookmark them.

Track all your food, even the nibbles, set a calorie budget and have protein on hand when you are snackish (like beef jerky, hardboiled eggs, cheese strings) so you can choose those over carbs. Add more water in, too, if you can.

You can do this! Sending good mojo your way.

Surgery: April 30, 2014: HW: 288 SW: 250 Achieved Goal 149 lbs: April 8, 2015 CW: 158 lbs (working on losing 65 lb regain as of June 1, 2021. Weight was at 215 lbs). Fighting every darn day!
