I should probably get the chicken for dinner marinating, but I'd rather not move right now.  It's a battle.  

1: frankenshake
2: sushi
3: grilled indian chicken skewers, creamy coconut eggplant curry, rice for the guys

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 1:40:00 yoga at home (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 10 min beginner stretches for runners, 60 min beginner combination, 15 min twist & align for back pain)

Hey everyone :)  It's a good Monday morning -- oh no even better it's Monday afternoon!  

B - chike, coffee

L - saag paneer 

S - coffee, yogurt w/ strawberries

D - streak w/ spinach&potato gratin

E - killer stairmaster workout -- 200 flights of stairs.  All because a sewer line burst at the gym and my class was canceled.  I only have 3-4 good workouts left before my plastics :(  I am enjoying these endorphin rushes now while I can still get them!

W - on track.

B: Protein hot chocolate

S: Packet of High fiber oatmeal, non fat dry milk.

L: 2 oz tuna, 1oz cheddar slice

S: Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt (1 container)

D: 2oz puree roast beef, 1oz creamed spinach

 

Water: On track

Vitamins: On track

Exercise: Just activity, not feeling particularly energetic.

eating wise anyway...WAY to much fun was had!!
