So today I had a Video chat  with the NUT and got cleared to go to full regular foods starting today. So I had a protein shake for Breakfast, soup for lunch and shrimp and cheese for dinner. They also want me to go to 1200 cals a day instead of 800 cals a day

1200 calories seems really high for weight loss based on what people here who count calories aim for.

Yay for being cleared for regular foods!

My NUT didn't even give me a calorie goal, she said don't worry about calories right now, which I thought was a little weird. I've given myself a calorie goal based on what I've read here on OH though, I try to hit somewhere between 700-800 cal a day at almost 5 weeks out. Unfortunately Ive been stalled since about the time I started soft foods

I don't have a calorie goal either.  My guidelines are pretty simple - 60-80 grams of protein a day, 3 meals that are 4-8 ounces of food with no snacks, no liquid calories (although my daily shake which counts as a meal is fine), avoid processed/refined carbs, drink at least 64 ounces of liquids.

Sounds very much like my plan other than the protein goal, I've been given a goal of 90-120g of protein per day. But snacks are helping meet that goal since I've been using protein bars to help out

A lot of people stall with protein bars which really are candy bars disguised as something else. I would ditch the bars and have more dense real protein food like fish, shrimp, chicken, steak, eggs....bet your stall will be history.

I've been trying to do it with just foods and the bars and trying to cut out as many shakes as I can but I think I'm going to have to go back to shakes if I shouldn't be eating the bars. I don't know how else I can get in 90-120g of protein a day :(

I've been drinking about half of my protein in the form of Syntrax Nectar Lemon tea but I'll have to kick it up to more since a scoop only provides 23g of protein.
