I am a little over a week out of surgery, and with the added two week pre-surgery diet, I have dropped quite a bit to start! I was at an important grant meeting for the organization I work for and as I stood up to shake hands I had to suppress a giggle as my underpants began to slide off precariously! Gives a whole new meaning to "pull up your big girl panties". 😂
