Has anyone has VSG and cholecystectomy at the same time?

I landed in the hospital with gallstone pancreatitis the 1st week in Nov. it was my second ever gall bladder attack with the first being 8 hrs ago. The surgeon will be doing both procedures on 12/16. Could anyone tell me if they had any side effects that seemed to be beyond the normal for VSG only?

I had both on November 19 - I have had no complications. You are actually decreasing your risk of complications by combining them into only one surgery as opposed to two.
