This really gets me upset!

So on the nov 29th. I weighed 141.8 and this morning I'm 143.4!  I really don't think its anything I'm eating. I think sometimes its because i havent pooped in like 3-4 days. Then when i do go I weigh less. I doubt its almost 2 pounds worth but still. The 141.8 was a good poop day!  Lol.  I want to hit 139 by Christmas!

Stool contains a lot of water so these daily fluctuations can be connected to constipation issues, as you've observed.  Most "stalls" or fluctuations are directly connected to water weight gain.

If you can move away from seeing fluctuations as "fat" gain and remember it's just "water" gain, then the daily fluctuations won't freak you out or dictate your happiness or stress level for the day.
