L:  Meat Sauce, Zoodles (spiral cut zucchini)
S:  Boiled Eggs
D:  Pork Chop, Salad

Vitamins:  Check

S:  8 wheat thins and a mini babybel lite

L:  turkey breast in salad with lite dressing

D:  some sort of chicken breast

S:  most likely no sugar added fudgecicles or a yogurt (Chobani pumpkin)

Hump Day!  Wohoo and I'm walking upright and made it to work 3 days in a row!

S: elk sausage (I don't usually snack, but it was so yummy!)

L: Some more elk sausage, cheese and little smokies (carry in at work)

D: Cheeseburgers

Because of reasons, I didn't go to my fitness classes today.  This is the third Wednesday in a row that I've missed.  Bah!
