SV- 100lbs gone. 3 months since I started process.
I stepped on the scale today and I discovered I am down exactly 100lbs. Today is the 3 month anniversary of starting the pre-op diet. I lost 64lb pre-op and 36lbs post op. Three months ago I would have never walked a mile, worked out 50 minutes with a personal trainer or been able to go all day without a nap. Today all of this is possible and more. I am looking forward with what the next three months brings.
Wow, that's amazing! 100 pounds in three months! You must be super proud of yourself :D Way to go!!!

That is great news. I'm right on your heels.
Am at 71 lbs at 2 months out.
It seems to really work good for us bigger folks.
Hope these rates continue. I am really looking forward to that milestone.
Already, I've broken the 400 mark for 1st time in 3 years or so.
And feeling sooo much better.
When I'm down to threes, I won't be able to stand myself. Lol
Keep it brother, we'll do this together.

Yea buddy, that' 29lbs will gone in no time. My next goal is threeville. I hope to hit that by mid January. I think the exercise is key. I stay really hot a good hour or two after I am done and I feel like it real gives my metabolism a boost. It also super charges other male things if you catch my drift.
You're kicking ass and taking names Excellent progress so far. I know you must feel so much better. Congratulations!
