I know this isn't exactly an exercise board, but y'all have become MY PEOPLE so I want to ask you. :). I'm back on the treadmill, doing Couch to 5K.  I need some good workout tunes!

What keeps you moving while you exercise?

So back in April I asked pretty much everyone I know for exercise music suggestions, and this is what my playlist looks like now.  It's large enough that I don't feel like I hear the same music over and over again which is really nice :)  I look forward to checking out the songs you've listed!  I'm always on the lookout for new exercise tunes.

Dude.  That is a LIST.  Thanks! I'm sure I'll find some great stuff on it.  I definitely have a few - the Nicki Minaj stuff, Gaga, Macklemore & Kanye.  It's interesting.  Outside of exercise, not the type of music I like.  But I can run to Robyn's "Don't Fu%*in Tell Me What To Do" like a BOSS.

You're welcome :)  And yes, I totally get that - exercise music just needs to be... upbeat.  I don't have to like it, I don't have to even know what's being said.  It's just got to have a good beat :)

I will say that in some songs, I do enjoy the chance to yell out a few lyrics if I'm in a particularly tough moment. That's what Eminem is for.  :)   Check out Til I Collapse.  Best "last 1/2 mile" treadmill song EVER.
