as some of you may remember a couple week ago I was being super strict (no more than 600 cal a day)

in anticipation of my nieces upcoming wedding..(which was this past weekend)

I was also asked to post pictures which I did..check out my profile!!!

I had a SUPER FANTASTIC TIME.

I cannot remember in my adult life looking so good and feeling so proud of myself..

my one and only regret is that I didn't have the sleeve years ago..
