Making myself throw up
I have not thought of that but it worries me that you do it. Not trying to be harsh but it causes more harm than good. You don't have much room in your stomach now. You need to fill it with what you need to be healthy. Don't be impatient you will get there in a healthy way trough good diet and exercise.
Are you talking about this with a therapist or other professional? I think that would be the best place to seek help if you're not already. I'm sorry that you're going through this and I hope that you're able to figure it out.

Try to take care of yourself. It might be residual stress from the holidays.

You will get some help here if you answer the questions? We no nothing about your situation. Is it merely that your bites are to big and you feel uncomfortable or is there another reason?
