No longer obese!!!!!

As of today, I am no longer obese. Wow what a great feeling. I have been obese through high school and since. What a great feeling to know I am in charge of my health and my weight. This journey is awesome. I don't post often, but I am on here regularly. Thanks for all the support and help here. Keep up the good work.
