Go my surgery date, 2/10 bye-bye lap band (human torture device) and hello sleeve. I have 3 nutrition visits over the next 3 weeks with my Dr and am starting my exercise and dieting for surgery. I can't wait and a month will go fast. Looking forward to the permanent change.

very excited for you and for me. Ive already started altering my diet and walking 2miles daily. I hope to be down 10+ lbs come surgery date.
