Made it this weekend with flank steak for some friends.... went over well !

I just did a shrimp scampi over zoodles and a cilantro lime chicken with black beans. Delish!

i got the zoodle maker thanks to you frisco, and i love it. i ordered one from amazon but they have them at k mart.  love them zoodles with darn near anything. i wanna make hot and sour soup with zoodles.   such a great idea.   diane

hey one thing, does anybody know of a bigger size spiral slicer?   those giant zuccini that people give away in the summer just dont take that big of a zuccini and if you try to cut them down they just don't spiral slice well.      diane
