5 months post op
Im 5 months post op since surgery. I havent had much problems with eating and drinking. Ive lost 73 pounds since surgery and lost 119 pounds since a year ago. I feel great most of the time except when Im depressed but working on that. I try to exercise every day but the winter is hard for that because I like to walk but Michigan weather doesnt allow that to well. I just wanted to check in and let everyone know how Im doing.
You are doing GREAT! I hear ya about Michigan. I am about 35 miles west of Kalamazoo, 4 miles from the lake and it's brutal cold and hit hard with snow. What area are you from? Keep up the good work!
