The stall is over!!! I broke 200lbs. 198 this morning. Whoo Hoo!!! The weather is warmer and I'm ready to walk. Life is good today. Anyone else have success to share today?

Six weeks tomorrow. It's 38lbs but my high last March was 272. That's when I started exercising and eating healthier but I would yoyo because of hunger and portion control. I can't wait to get back to exercising full steam. About another month or more.

I was very inspired yesterday by my 6 mile run. It was the first time that I could get in that distance since my plastic surgery. I got the best high afterwards from it :)

Great I can't wait to go to Zumba again. I am 6 weeks post-op. I miss intense exercising. It did wonders for my mood. For now I have to stick to the treadmill.
