Surgery in one week!
So I am having my VSG on Jan 20th. I have read so many posts about patients who had surgery in Mexico having their PCP not willing to continue with their care. So needless to say I was nervous to have this conversation with my PCP-she is on board 100% with my care and will do anything she can to help me be successful! Feeling awesome!
great you planed a head I had to change my pcp pre op because my old one was against wls , I instated that she refer me and switch after I got the referral my new doctor I found out during the journey is my nuts brother's partner so is pro wls
try to relax this week and follow your surgeons plan and next week at this time you will be doing great on the losers bench
I was so nervous to talk about my WLS decision with my PCP and I wasn't having surgery in Mexico. But she'd been my doctor for FOREVER, so I was really worried I'd have to find a new one.
