I got to restart my favorite yoga class today.  Woo!  

1: frankenshake
2: leftover sushi
2.1: probably some baked cheese slices
3: sweet and sour beef cubes, rice, broccoli

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 40:00 on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 2.09 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners), 60 minutes yoga class

Stacy, I'm only 6 weeks post-op, how soon did you start eating salads? Are there any foods you have issues with? I'm not that anxious to eating more variety. I'm really allowing my new stomach to heal. Thanks for all your support. Christine

1) Syntrax & almond milk shake

2) Pesto chicken sausage topped with pesto (sensing a theme...?)

3) Plain 2% Fage yogurt with Mio. I would kill for whole milk yogurt but it's so hard to find.

4) Probably pesto salmon topped with pesto stuffed with pesto
