You posted this weeks ago and I told you no it isn't safe. It expands in your sleeve or pouch. Take Benefiber.

You asked about this before with the Body Cleanse post.  We all told you it wasn't a good idea. It it expands and will cause discomfort.  Then you told us you called your doctor and he said it was ok. Why he would say that is beyond me and ridiculous. Now you are back asking opinions again. Most of us have some sort of bathroom issues post op. Adding Benefiber to your diet will help get you regular.

Why are you wanting to use that kind of fiber?

WHY? It has the potential to cause not only issues in your surgically altered stomach but your bowels as well. Use Benefiber, much safer.

it would not. Be safe for ME to take, with,MY, sleeve. But you have your surgeons permission to take it. I totally think you should just jump in with both feet and then the question will be answered, once and for all, about YOUR sleeve, won't it?
