Somehow my next free weekend is in April. Do you ever feel like you're trying to fill your life with all the things you avoided doing in the past?
I'm enjoying fish week since my fish-hating partner is out of town until Thursday. Woo!

My stomach has been really really bad the past few days. I think I am breaking down and doing an elimination diet... :( (so sad bc i think garlic, onions and brussel sprouts are a big part of the prob). I hadn't really thought about todays plan, but I guess I should:

s - yogurt (gotta check if this is ok)
l - rotisserie chicken
s - salami
d - chicken
e - prob none I'm sick and wicked sore from my hockey tournement. maybe some yin yoga
w - behind
v - might skip these today w/ all of the tummy troubles
gosh this sounds so boring! boo!

Kind of. The things that I think are causing the most problems are coffee and onions, garlic & brussel sprouts. I'm cutting those out (and broc & cauliflower :() but I don't want to get rid of dairy just yet. I think the probiotics are good.
I'm waiting on a call back from the doctor and see if they have any other advice.
I was not a good eater over the weekend. I made a delicious practice candied popcorn (I'm going to use it for my kids' Valentines). It was delicious and I had more than the one taste I was going to. I only have 4 more pounds to get to my original goal so I have to focus better!!
