Bouncing up 1 and down 1.

First time I have seen this. I've stalled several times, but never bounced back and forth like this.

I just started doing a little weight training last week, wonder if that has something to do with it.

Getting better on water/liquids since last month, still have no appetite. I do manage to get my protein in.

Hopefully the bouncing will stop soon. Still got a long way to go.

Anybody else experience this?

I notice you've lost over 100 pounds already!  Great job working that sleeve.

I had a lot of weight to lose as well.  the weight loss did slow down after the first 6 months, and I had a lot of ups and downs.  But if you stick to your plan, you'll lose the weight.  And looking back, it doesn't seem like it took that long.

So keep up the good work.  You'll get there.

Whenever you add a new exercise program (like lifting weights) your muscles tend to get sore and inflamed.  What they'll do is hang onto every ounce of water for the next couple weeks.  So you may actually be losing FAT but it's not showing up on the scale due to water retention.

Up your water and hang on...your body will know when it's time to let go of the excess and you'll probably see a sharp decrease in that scale number :-)

I've experienced this.  It's completely normal.  Daily fluctuations are a pain in the butt.
