It will go by in no time! I spent those last few days cleaning and catching stuff up that I knew I wouldn't be able to do for weeks after my surgery. Lol I was even washing curtains!  Think I went too far.. Lol Best of luck! here's to the new you!

Keep yourself busy. Clean your house, cupboards, fridge. Clean your closets and organize. In other words, nest. Do not allow yourself to worry about the worst, dream about your new life. It will be hard work, that is for sure, but well worth it.

I had a band removed and my sleeve 3 months later. I went back to work ( sedentary job) after one week. The gas pains were the worst, and they can even be managed.

Keep your eye on the prize!

Good luck to you.
