So my doc says 6 small meals on the full liquid diet post op, each meal containing 10gems of protein. If I can only tolerate 2-4oz per meal. How exactly do I get my protein in? I've been drinking premier protein, so devided 2 shakes that'd put me at 60, but is there any other options? I feel so lost!!

From my understanding, most of us don't really have "meals" while on liquids.  We just drink as much as possible to get our liquid and protein goals in.

There are lots of other protein shake options besides premier protein.  I use optimum nutrition double rich chocolate with unsweetened almond milk, for example.

3 oz of Lean Protein has 28-30 Grams of protein,  Tuna (1/2 Can) has 15 G of Protein.    It is not 1 to 1.  im 3 months out... i have a Shake in the AM for 30 and then meat for lunch and dinner and i am well over the 60g.

i am not sure how you are supposed to get 60 G while still on liquid.  I was not concerned with my protein until i was on Soft Foods... where i could drink a whole  shake and eat some tuna.

My centre recommends adding skim milk powder to liquid to boost the protein numbers.  This is not something that I am fond of, but if you don't mind the taste, you could add it to shakes, cream soups, yogurt, pudding, even milk to up the numbers.
