fat in pubic area
I've lost 74 lbs since September (VSG in October). Everything is going great. The only thing bothering me right now (other than my arms, which I haven't tried working on yet) is that my pubic area is still fat! Are there any kind of exercises that would help in that area or is plastic surgery the only option?
I've always assumed a mons lift was the only way to get rid of excess skin in that area after weight loss. If you type in mons in the search feature at the top of the page a lot of results come back .. maybe another thread will have more ideas.
You can't spot reduce fat or excess skin.

There are NO exercises that will address that as fat loss. Your only option is to reduce body fat, through diet, as low as possible and hope for the best. Some exercises will tone the muscles in the region, but that only addresses how things will look if the diet removes all the body fat. At the end, it will come down to how much loose skin you have to deal with.
