Holy carbs Batman!
Major Oops! I've been using a low carb/low calorie and high fiber wrap that works pretty well. I go through a package of 6 in about two weeks or so, so I don't use them that much. Over the weekend, I bought a different brand that I figured was woth a try. I obviously didn't look at the package closely enough. It had flax and oat bran, touted in big letters on the wrapper, so I assumed it was the same brand as pitas and lavash I've used in the past, which are low carb and calorie and high fiber. I read that it has 7 carbs and 3 fiber. I had one with my burger last night and then for lunch today, and it tasted good - no wonder! After I ate lunch today, I looked at the calories, expecting to see well under 100, and it was 200! The others are about 50-60. I then saw the carbs - 37, not 7! It was the fiber that was 7 grams and the sugars that was 3 grams, not carbs and fiber as I'd originally read. It is very low carb for me for the rest of today, and those wraps will go to my daughter to use. That will teach me to look more closely!
Search Joseph's Middle East Bakery on netrition dot com. They have pita, tortillas and lavash wrap. I got all 3, they are very good. I was even able to make crackers out of the lavash, sort of low carb, high fiber wheat thin...really crispy and pita bread crisps.

I went and looked it up as well. You can also go to josephsbakery.com and purchase the products. I don't know if there's a price difference. I use the tortillas, or sometimes the lavash bread cut in half, to make burritos and my whole family eats them and likes them. The pitas are very thin, and break easily, so I usually make a roll-up type sandwich, rather than a pocket one.
I agree rolling up would be better. Last night I made a chicken, spinach and cheese quesadilla with one of the flax tortillas. So tasty. I could only eat half at a time, but it was really good. I had 1 oz chicken for each half, 2 oz. total of cut up chicken.
