D - homemade chicken croquette, broccoli

Exercise: 45 minute band-resistance class tonight
**I am working with a trainer to build muscle and am currently aiming for 144 grams of carb and 144 grams of protein each day.
Feeling like I'm not really planning ahead this week. So I'm eating bits and bobs of things. Argh.

My day is totally off...my student was sick, so I didn't go to school, my husband is sick so I'm doing his job, the cat is possibly sick and peeing in my house, and I just found dog puke...what a day!!

L: Who knows?! Hopefully I'll have a chance to go home and get some roasted pork leftovers...if not, Isopure Zero
D: Again, probably leftovers. I was going to make jalapeno popper stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon, but not if my husband is sick.

I've been running around all day, which is good, since I had a very bad day yesterday due to being alone and not busy.

2: penang curry with chicken (which means I ate the chicken pieces with some sauce, yum)

exercise: 40:00 5k training at 1% incline on the treadmill for a total of 2.11 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners), 60 minutes yoga class, 60 minutes physical therapy for shoulder
