Which Brand Vitamins Do You Recommend After Sleeve?
My post op nutrition paperwork states different vitamins that need to be taken at different stages. Chewable multivitamin with B complex, chewable iron, B12 spray, calcium citrate, vitamin D. Wondering if anyone can give recommendations on brands for this stuff. I know there are some multi's that are chewable that include the B complex. Some even include the iron. Looking for the best price, value, and quality.
Well we need 1500mg of calcium and it needs to be taken in doses no more than 500-600mg at a time and 2 hours apart. So that's three doses right there. Then iron can't be taken in conjunction with calcium or it won't absorb. So there's a fourth set of vitamins. You can't really shortcut this, sadly.

We settled on Opurity multi from Unjury - doesn't taste great, but you only need 1 per day and Celebrate calcium citrate chews at 500 mg per chew. Very good tasting. My husband just had his 3 month labs done and the results were very good. I think we have the right combination for now.

It's a very inclusive multi, other than the calcium. You can see the values below.

I used bariatric advantage during my chewable stage. I got a sample pack from my NUT so I knew that I could tolerate them.
