Eat slow....

I'm so used to just chugging things down  my throat that eating slow is something  I have to get used to... I'm 4 day post op and still trying to figure this out....not getting sick or vomiting but just a little tightness in my chest and esphagus area.

I was very worried about this. Then I grabbed the kids camelback water bottle and it's helped no end.  You can still fill your whole mouth with a straw, same with a bottle neck, but when your mouth is half filled withe a spout it made it easier for gulper me.

oh andan  itty bitty spoon...

My doctor doesn't allow the use of straws during the liquid phase, post-op.
