When can we start eating fresh salads?? They are not mentioned on my plan at all!  Do you all know? Or we don't eat salads? 😳

I could eat anything that agreed with me after two weeks.  Salad ingredients take some testing.  Small onions pieces killed me, bet after a couple weeks I tried them again with no problem.  Cucumber was the same.  carrots no problem, nor was lettuce, spinach, or other leafy things.

I'd ask your NUT to be sure.  Some people can't until 3 months.  Others are able to sooner or later.

I tried one early and it was horribly uncomfortable.  I tried again around 6 mos post-op, and it went much better.  The room in your stomach is so precious though, that you'll want your salad to be heavier in protein than veggies.
