Whatcha eating today VSGers...Monday!!
Back home again and it feels good! It is so much easier for me to follow my routines when I am home. That is something I definitely need to work on as travelling is something I do regularly. My meals sound boring today but I am actually really happy with these leftovers.

B2 - 1 oz BBQ Chicken Breast & 1/2 oz ham
L - 1 oz BBQ Chicken Breast & 1/2 oz ham
S - 1 oz smoked gouda cheese
D - 1 oz BBQ Chicken Breast & 1/2 oz ham

E - going to workout tonight and hope to get at least a short walk in today as well. the weather is great here today.
I'm a seething rage beast today.

exercise: 20 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 5 min guided relaxation)

The 5k went really well! I beat my last time by 3.5 minutes!!! Super happy :D
