Back home again and it feels good! It is so much easier for me to follow my routines when I am home. That is something I definitely need to work on as travelling is something I do regularly. My meals sound boring today but I am actually really happy with these leftovers. 

B1 - Protein Shake

B2 - 1 oz BBQ Chicken Breast & 1/2 oz ham

L - 1 oz BBQ Chicken Breast & 1/2 oz ham

S - 1 oz smoked gouda cheese

D - 1 oz BBQ Chicken Breast & 1/2 oz ham

S - Protein Shake

W - on track

V - on track

E - going to workout tonight and hope to get at least a short walk in today as well. the weather is great here today.

I'm a seething rage beast today.  

1: frankenshake
2: leftover eggs
3: lasagna soup (sans pasta for me)

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 20 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 5 min guided relaxation)

I'm okay.  Just.. raging today.  :|  It'll pass, I'm sure.  

The 5k went really well!  I beat my last time by 3.5 minutes!!!  Super happy :D

I'm really sorry to hear that you are having a rough day. Feel free to come here and vent. I hope everything is ok and the day improves for you. Knowing how active you are my smart ass side thinks that maybe today is a good day to add boxing to your exercise regimen :)

Home and snowed in again today.

B:  1/2 cup steel cut oats

L:  leftover veal chop from weekend away, few tbsp pasta

D:  leftover chinese from last night....probably beef with veg, 1 pork rib, bite or two of egg foo yong

S:  going back to my no sugar added fudgesicles.
