Only 6 pound loss in 6 weeks, not what I had hoped for!  But its not a gain and I will do better next time!  Tomorrow will be 100 days since surgery and I am down 60 pounds overall.  Can't complain!  Need to work on my protein and excerise in the coming 100 days.  Still love my sleeve!!!

Good perspective. Keep pushing through the stalls. It will come off. I had slow times throughout but as long as you stick with it-we get there in our own time!

For me.. my body had to take a break every now and then.  As long as the arrow is poining south, that is what helped keep me going (and still does!)

Yep, that's the way I look at it, too.  Thanks for the supportive reply.

You're doing very well. Sometimes the scale won't cooperate and give us that magic number that we like to see.  For example, this morning I weighed myself and I was exactly the same weight as yesterday.  I've been stuck there and trying to get down just one little pound.  So I exhaled all the air out of my lungs, got back on the scale and saw the number I wanted to see.  Silly?  Absolutely.

Are you noticing a difference in the way your clothes fit?  Sometimes that's an even better indicator that you're losing fat, not always pounds.  Do you track everything you eat using an app like My Fitness Pal?  I find that it helps to keep me focused and honest.  Exercise is great, but it's not going to make that much of a difference in your weight loss.  Unfortunately, it's a matter of calories in vs. calories out.

Hang in there.  It gets better.

Thanks for taking time to respond.  I am a fan of all you have accomplished.  Yes I do use fitness pal and I am very honest with my input.  I limit my meals to 4 ounces and primarily protein.  I am not a fan of dairy products so protein levels are harder to reach without yogurts and cheeses.  Love seafood so that has helped.  Liquids are going well.

I was definitely a couch potato before January.  I use the Silver sneakers program as exercise so it's not like I plan to train for a marathon.  It's just going 2 or 3 times a week and moving my body.

I do see a big change in clothing sizes.  I was comfortable in a 32, 4X or even 5X.  Now my size 26 clothes are loose and comfortable.  Beyond this size I will happily get to go shopping.

I found that I had to stop weighing myself everyday or I'd lose my mind. Now I try to stick to twice a week. Keep telling the smart part of my brain that it's just a glitch, can't gain at 800 cal a day.

I think 6 pounds in 6 weeks sounds awesome.  But I left March at the same weight I entered it at :P
