We are supposed to go to an amusement park this summer I was wanting to go after surgery how long after is safe? I won't be riding any big rides but will be in the water park I figured as long as my incisions are healed I should be ok and I am not on roller coasters lol any advice I'll ask the Dr too of course

I was supposed to wait 6 weeks for anything like swimming, so I'd want to wait 6 weeks for the park.

That question is probably best answered by your surgeon. Only they have all the details on your case and can give you any specifications that would best serve your health.

Once you get the green light from them, have a great time!

you have to wait till the insistions are fully healed not just look healed my surgeon told me to wait 2 months before using a public pool

even though it looks healed there can be microscopic openings in the insition that can let germs in

Personally, I would wait at least 2 months and probably 3 to be safe.  It's definitely not worth risking injury.  Take care of yourself.

I'd be waiting until I was small enough to ride every single ride!
