Just called my surgeon's office and my insurance has approved my surgery now it goes to the surgeon for review and should hear within 2 weeks from surgery scheduling. YEAH I am excited but nervous I am trying to get ready by changing eating habits and drinking more water I do better with the water while at work than I do at home.  Moving a little bit more also hopefully that gets easier as it gets warmer but right now its still really cold out.

Congratulations on your insurance approval! I found that using a timer (I found a small cheap one at Amazon) was a life saver in the beginning for reminding me to drink liquids. Take care and good luck to you!
