Well today is my 6 week surgiversary.  I went to see my surgeon yesterday and my head was so big by the time I left the office, I thought I would burst.. My weight was 211 there but today I went to my PCP and weight there was 209.  I was way down on carbs, protein, calories and water yesterday with all the running around I did.  Then fasting last night and this morning for PCP blood work.  A1C 5.5 BP 142/72 which is what it was running when I was on meds.  Surgeon kept telling me I was doing a fantastic job.  I printed out my graphs from My Fitness Pal and showed him the before surgery and then after surgery results.  He was very impressed (head getting bigger by now).  The only thing he changed was for me to take two of my Flintstone w/iron Vits since they are for kids.  He released me to do whatever at the gym, core work or lifting etc.  I love love love him... PCP told me to get some liquid colace and take a little each day to help with the constipation that we do encounter with such limited food intake.  Weight history:  Highest 277, this time last year 269, pre pre-opdiet 249, surgery 235, today 209.8.  Surgeon said for me to lower my expectations, "I know you hear about people that lose 25,30,40 lbs in one month.  But, look at it like this, they probably have a lot more weight to lose than you when you started and they are probably taller than you (you calling me vertically challenged? Dr Johnson..lol) and then there's my age 65.  All in all, I am one happy camper bout now.   Oh, funny thing happened to me this morning when I was walking up to granddaughters school to drop off her meds, my belly was jiggling and it wasn't fat jiggle, was loose skin jiggle.  Sure feels funny and different but in a good way.  So, how has your day been?  Huggs... Pam

How was my day? Not nearly as good as yours! I don't see my surgeon until June. Hope my report is half as good as yours! Congrats.
