Working out is great for your health, but just about meaningless for weight loss. What you need to focus on is what you are eating. What can you tell us about that?

What about sugars and carbs?  How much are you intaking of that?  Water intake?  Calorie intake?  Step back write everything down that your doing and evaluate your food/drink choices, readjust the intake and you will see the weight come off.  Perhaps your at one of those dreaded plateau's I hear about.  If so check out plateau breakers online., whatever you do DONT get discouraged, you've come this far, you can do it.

Go back to logging your food.  As mentioned, excercise is for improving health not necessarily weight loss.  I work out 5-6 days a week for 1 to 1.5 hours and if I don'****ch what I eat, I gain weight or maintain.  1 hour of excercise is about 500 calories.  That is only 2 donuts, a hamburger, 2 tacos, etc.

It's all about the food. Cut back your calories if you really want to lose. Get out the measuring cups and food scale and make sure your portions are appropriate. Log your food. Stay active but do not expect exercise alone to make you lose the weight.

You can't outrun a bad diet - what, exactly, are you eating every day?  Are you measuring and tracking your food with something like MyFitnessPal?  If you aren't, start there.

As others have said, it's all about calories in/calories out.  Adjusting your diet will have more of an impact on weight loss than exercise.  Look at what you're eating, start tracking again (assuming you stopped), and reduce your calories.  Don't stop exercising!  It's good for your body and your mind.
