2 Days Post-op

Well I made it. Still in pain. I slept all day surgery day which was Tuesday and yesterday. I am not taking my diabetes medication or blood pressure medication anymore. Drinking or eating anything cold is instant stomach pain and nausea. Has anyone else experienced this and if so how long did it last? I also have not had any gas or burping. Thanks for all the wonderful advise I have received on this board. You guys are awesome!

I wouldn't worry about anything for the first 4 days.  That was the hardest for me.  Just sip and take it easy.

My stomach couldn't handle cold liquids right away and ice cold drinks still cause a lot of acid build up in my tummy.  Try lukewarm or room temp liquids for now.
