Tummy Tuck

I know this is going to get a lot of different answers, but I was wondering what people have paid for their tummy tucks.

I got a fleur-de-lise tummy tuck in Massachusetts or about $7,500.  (Massachusetts is expensive).  I had estimate up to $15,000 for this procedure in Mass, so I think I did good.

I am so happy with my tummy tuck.  I knew I wanted to do it, but I never imagined how important it was to my self-image.  It really made a difference in my self- image - more than I anticipated.

Good luck with your efforts.

Carol

There's all kinds of different "tummy tucks".  Will you be getting a mini-tuck? or one from hip-to-hip? or an extended that goes partially around the back?  or will you do a full 360 degree cut?  will there be muscle repair?  will you also get lipo? if yes, how many areas? will it be done out-patient or in-patient? if in-patient how long does your doctor want you to stay in-patient?

Way, way too many variables to give you a good answer.  You'd do better to call around to different places in your metro area and ask for their prices.

Insurance approved a panni removal (spelling). To finish the job, I paid $2,000. This was for the anchor cut style TT- and worth every friggin' penny! Edited to add: I also had muscle tightening and some lipo with this procedure, included in the quoted price.

Thank you for your replies. I'm just 10 days out from surgery but I know I'm going.to end up needing a tummy tuck at some point. Was just curious what others were paying so I could get an idea.
